Muhammad Hussein bin Abdullah
CEO

An entrepreneur who owns and operated his own manufacturing and with more than 12 years of experience in a variety of industries including IT, Trading and BPO.

With a vision for creating a service organisation in the BPO industry, En. Hussein is responsible to the overall performance and growth of the company.

En Yunus Tasim
Director of Business Development
En. Yunus has more than 30 years of management experience in the IT, education, oil & gas, telecommunications, broadcasting and CRM industries.

He is one of the founding members of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) and has served on board as the Secretary General.

Previously worked with Astro in various positions including the Director of Customer Service and he was also involved in starting the business operations of Astro Brunei, Astro Indonesia including forming and launching of Aora Pay-TV of Indonesia.

Before joining CCM, En. Yunus was the Director of Sales and Marketing with SRG Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd.
Benjamin Lim
Director of Operations and IT
Ben serves as the Director of Operations and IT, responsible for operational excellence, customer management and strategic planning & execution within the company.

Having led 2 award-winning contact centres in 2009 and 2012 (awards in Contact Centre Association of Malaysia), Ben has years of experience in managing inbound and outbound for a wide range of industries from telecommunications, Pay-TV, food services, healthcare, financial services, embassy services to insurance services.
Julia Low
Director of Human Resources
Ms Low heads the human resource department and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, select, train and develop talents for all levels of positions, languages and countries.

She has over 12 years of experience in various industries including the financial and tourism industry and is exposed to front-end operations, back office processes, business and HR administration.
Au-Yong Heang Luen
Head of Operations
Au-Yong is responsible for driving and executing the contact centre operations within CCM.

With more than 6 years of experience in the contact centre industry, he has worked in both the operations and training side of the business.

Au-Yong has also collaborated with two globally recognized BPO in Philippines and India to develop and execute training programs for the award winning International Visa Service Desk's Contact Centre in the Contact Centre of Malaysia (CCAM) Awards in 2012.
