Roles:
  • To pre-certify cases for issuance of guarantee letters in compliance company’s requirements and guideline
  • To support call centre executives and hospitals in the handling of guarantee letters
  • To ensure cases of fee disputes are handled and resolved within the TAT
  • To ensure error rate in GL issuance is less than the target of 98%

Roles:
  • Ability to learn on product/solution range and technical details through structured product training and/or proactive self-learning on new products, campaigns, capabilities, technologies, etc.
  • Provide primary outbound lead qualification/lead generation for B2B organizations via leads provided.
